Deposit and Payment
A 50% deposit of the total rate plus service and taxes is required to confirm your reservation. The balance payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Holiday Season reservations balance payments are due by November 1. If reservations are made within 30 days of arrival date the full rental amount is required to confirm your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of arrivals during the Festive Period (December 15th to January 5th) are nonrefundable. For booking dates other than the Festive Period, written cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival date receive a full refund. When the Client cancels, for whatever reason, within sixty days prior to arrival date, the following charges will be levied: Written cancellations received 59 – 29 days prior to arrival: 25% of total invoice (less Government Tax and Service Charge). Written cancellations received 28 or fewer days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total invoice (less Government Tax and Service Charge).
La Gran Maria Villa will use its best efforts to sell the cancelled booking and, if successful, refunds as appropriate will be made to the Client. Maximum number of guests is 12 persons. Arriving guests are welcome from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival and departing guest are asked to depart by 12:00 pm. La Gran Maria Villa is a non-smoking villa. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates include breakfast. A deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
Other Rules
Prices are in US Dollars and are based on two person per room. (Max. 12 people). 13% Goods and Service Tax and 10% Service Charge will be added to the above rates. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Festive Rates**
Minimum of 7 days required – Less than 10 days there will be a daily fee adjustment.
Damage to Accommodation Property
Should the Guest cause any damage to the premises (structure), furniture, fixtures and household items, (aside from normal wear and tear) the Guest agrees to reimburse the Owners of La Gran Maria Villa before leaving at a fair and reasonable price determined by the Owners. Any missing household items (i.e. bath robes, beach towels, room decorations, keys etc.) will also be the responsibility of the rental guest and will be billed upon departure.
Injuries and Loss
The owners of La Gran Maria Villa cannot be held liable for any personal injuries, death, loss or damage to personal effects. It is recommended that the rental guest acquire proper medical insurance in the event you should take ill while outside your country of residence.
